Its drag-and-drop interface allows you to quickly load a batch of MIDI files into a table where you can view, edit, and save the file names and track titles. This ensures that your Disklavier, which may have limited display space, can easily identify each piece in your library.

How To Use It

1. Loading Files: Drag and drop MIDI files into the main window. The tool automatically extracts the current file name and the internal track_name metadata.
2. Editing': Double-click the title in the table to make any changes. Update the file names or internal titles as needed.
3. Saving Changes: Once you have made your edits, click the Save button to update your MIDI files.
4. Clearing the Table: Use the Reset button to clear the current list and start fresh.

Installation and Use

To get started with APS MIDI Title Editor:

1. Download the installer portable executable (.exe) from the official download page.
2. Run the installer, or simply download and run the .exe file on any 64-bit Windows machine without installation.
3. Open the program!
4. Drag your MIDI files into the program.
5. Click on the title of a song to begin editing it.
6. Make your desired changes and click OK.
7. When you're done and the MIDI files have the names you'd prefer, click Save.
8. Your MIDI files are updated with the new names, making it easier for your Yamaha Disklavier to display the correct track titles.
